For three sessions this year Sustainable Settings opens its daily operations to this unique adult learning by doing program. This Earth-Based Learning Retreat will take participants through a hands-on immersion that will revitalize & renew your hope for a sustainable
future.

• Revitalize your spirit by working with others for a positive change.
• Sustain yourself after a full day of ranch work with meals you harvest from the ranch’s Beyond Organic bounty of domestic grassfed livestock and heirloom market gardens.
• Experience the satisfaction of a real relationship with your food through learning poultry processing skills.

Tuition: $480 per session

• May Session: Arrive Thursdays by 4pm for farm tour through Sunday, depart by 4pm.
• July Session: Arrive Thursdays by 4pm for orientation and farm tour and stay through Sunday, departing by 4pm.
• August Session: Arrive Fridays by 9am for orientation and farm tour and stay through Monday, departing by noon.
