One of our ranch hands will tour you around, you may see our dairy cows being milked, visit with any new arrivals we might have and see what is coming up in the garden. We can be creative and make the ranch a fun destination for your small group events.

From the fertile Biodynamic garden soils and pastures of Sustainable Settings, we bring you the makings of a memorable evening on the Crystal River under Rocky Mountain Skies. Guests will have the unique experience of tasting dishes from the field you are standing in with local drinks and appetizers at every stop on the whole system ranch tour given by Sustainable Settings co-founder, Brook LeVan. Learn of the Biodynamic farming practices and the soil fertility cycle that regenerates health in our food and in your dinner. Brook will discuss the rich diversity of livestock, vegetable crops, dairy products that make up this health-generating whole ranch organism.
Ranch Lunches our ranch crew sits down to amazing home-cooked lunches every day. We invite you to join us for a meal that is sure to be filled with good conversation, and amazing local food.

Bike to Ranch Early Dinner Events 4-6:30 $55 per person
Enjoy one of the best bike paths in the Roaring Fork Valley, along the scenic byway Highway 133. This 6 mile ride passes right by the Ranch. Dinner is a casual meal prepared with products from the ranch.

Community Pot Lucks Our Community Pot Lucks are open to all and start around 6pm. Suggested donation $5. Bring the Family, no reservation needed. Join us at Sustainable Settings for an informal evening around the campfire here at the ranch. It’s a great way to meet your neighbors and learn about the diversity of our cultural backgrounds though the sharing of food and music. Please bring a dish to share, musical instrument if you are inclined.
Ranch Stay 3pm Saturdays to 3pm Sundays – Join us at the ranch for an overnight camp-out. Have a ranch dinner Saturday evening, sleep under the stars and wake to roosters crowing, and morning ranch life including; milking cows, feeding ranch animals, pasture walk, harvesting your food for lunch. Includes Saturday ranch dinner, Sunday breakfast and lunch $200 per person Kids 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
