Sustainable Settings recognizes that at the heart of sustainable development is the intersection of ecological, economic and social dynamics. In order to help foster an abundant and prosperous future, Sustainable Settings is developing a host of market-based strategies for sustainable land-based micro-enterprise.
These micro-enterprises are being developed with two goals in mind: first, that they enhance Sustainable Settings’ financial sustainability, and second, that these successful models are easily replicated by other farmers, ranchers, businesses and entrepreneurs in appropriate climates and regions. Some of these strategies include: the production and sale of year-round organic greens, edible & medicinal mushrooms and herbs, all natural, free-range meat, eggs & dairy products, and value-added agricultural products.
