Mustard Greens Sauce

½ cup finely chopped fresh mustard leaves
¼ cup finely chopped cilantro
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
2 to 3 tablespoons limejuice
½ cup raw- milk yogurt or sour cream
Salt and finely milled pepper to taste

Put all ingredients in a bowl along with 2 tablespoons water and stir until smooth.  Cover and let stand for 5 minutes or so for the flavors to mellow. Serve with roasted or grilled vegetables and meat.
